The AI Voice Calling Assistant is our most ambitious product: a calling platform that takes a business from “play this message to everyone on the list” all the way to “put an AI salesperson on the call.” It handles the dialling, the conversation, the hand-off to your team and the follow-up record — in one place.
Three ways to call, one platform
1 · Static play — one recording, every number
The simplest and fastest mode. Upload a recording or pick one from the audio library, paste in the numbers, choose which of your phone numbers to call from, and start. The recording plays to everyone who answers.
- Audio library for reusable clips and greetings
- Multiple caller numbers — calls round-robin across the numbers you select
- Adjustable channels — dial one at a time or several calls at once
2 · Scripted calls — yes/no questions and branching flows
For conversations that need to react to the person on the line. Build a call flow with an opening question and an answer branch for each possible reply — each branch has its own response, optional follow-up questions, and a clear next step.
- Per-branch actions: end the call, transfer to a human on your team, or hand the call over to the real-time AI agent
- 11 languages — Hindi, English, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu — with a primary and a secondary language per script
- Choice of voices, plus the option to record or upload your own audio for any line
- Lead-qualification tags that mark a caller as interested the moment they take the right branch
- A three-step wizard (script → numbers → confirm) to launch any saved flow
3 · Real-time AI agent — a professional sales conversation, live
The headline feature. A real-time AI voice agent joins the call and holds the conversation itself: it listens, answers naturally and conversationally, handles objections and negotiates with the composure of an experienced sales professional — and it does all of this live, on every call, at the same time.
In practice that means the agent gathers what a salesperson needs — budget, timeline, location and requirements — and works toward the next step. On the live system, qualified calls end with outcomes such as an agreed follow-up call or a confirmed site visit at a specific time.
Everything around the call
- Command-centre dashboard: total, completed and failed calls at a glance, quick-start buttons for each campaign type, a live health check of every dependency and a feed of recent activity
- AI lead qualification: every classified call is marked qualified or not, with the reason in plain language — “confirmed budget and timeline and agreed to a site visit” — and can be filtered by call type
- Inbound call routing: give callers a greeting, ring your team on a number you choose for as long as you choose, and see which calls reached a person and which were missed
- Scheduler: plan campaigns day by day on a calendar, several per date, each at its own time (Asia/Kolkata), with planned, ran, failed, paused and cancelled states and bulk scheduling
- Call history: every campaign with its contacts, pickup rate and average duration, and every individual call behind it
Built to be run, not just demoed
This is a working system, not a mock-up: the dashboard in the screenshots reflects real calling campaigns run across the modes. Because a recording, a scripted flow and an AI agent all run on the same engine, a team can start simple and move up — a recorded reminder today, a branching qualification flow next week, an AI agent on the hottest leads after that.
Screenshots show the live product with phone numbers masked and client names anonymised.
