Deal Orbit is the CRM we built for TSS Global's own sales organization — the system its admins, team leads, telecallers, and affiliate partners now run every lead through, from first contact to closed deal. It's the internal counterpart to the TSS Global website: one captures demand, the other converts it.
The Challenge
Before Deal Orbit, TSS Global's sales and telecalling teams were working leads through spreadsheets, plus separate logins for every listing portal a lead might come from. That pattern doesn't scale past a handful of people: with 25 users across admins, team leads, team members, and affiliate partners all touching leads at different stages, spreadsheets stop being a shared source of truth and start being five slightly different copies of one. There was no single pipeline view, no consistent record of who'd called whom or when, and no way to see, at a glance, where a given lead actually stood.
The Approach
We built Deal Orbit as a single web application the whole organization works from — not a set of exports someone reconciles at the end of the day.
A 9-stage pipeline with call-disposition tracking
Every lead moves through a clear, consistent stage flow: New, Contacted, Interested, Qualified, Sitevisit, Proposal Sent, Negotiation, and finally Won or Lost. Layered on top of that is call-disposition tracking — Picked, Not Picked, Busy/Callback, Switched Off — so telecalling activity is accountable in a way a spreadsheet column never really is.
Smart Bulk Import
Volume is the reality of real estate telecalling — leads arrive faster than anyone can type them in one at a time. We built a Smart Bulk Import tool that lets a team lead paste raw text (names and numbers copied from anywhere) and has the system auto-detect and create structured lead records, assigned straight into the correct pipeline stage, in one pass instead of dozens of manual entries.
A lead workspace built for telecallers
Every lead's detail view gives an agent one-tap calling and WhatsApp, project and budget fields, free-text notes, and a fully timestamped activity log of every stage change — so context isn't lost between shifts, handoffs, or when a lead gets reassigned.
Team and role management
Deal Orbit supports four distinct roles — Admin, Team Lead, Team Member, and Affiliate Partner — each scoped to what they should actually see and touch, across the full 25-plus person roster.
Native portal integrations
On the acquisition side, Deal Orbit pulls leads automatically via webhook from 99acres and MagicBricks, from Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead ads, and directly from the TSS Global website's own contact forms — so nothing sits in a portal inbox waiting to be manually copied over. Google Ads, IndiaMART, and Housing.com integrations are already scoped for the next phase.

Telecalling teams live on their phones between calls, so Deal Orbit is fully responsive — the same pipeline, lead detail view, and admin tools, not a stripped-down companion app.
What Changed
Every lead — regardless of source — now lands in the same pipeline with the same stage definitions, so a team lead reviewing performance isn't reconciling four spreadsheets that each define "contacted" a little differently. Leads from 99acres, MagicBricks, Meta ads, and the website all arrive automatically instead of sitting in a portal inbox waiting to be copied over by hand, and the Smart Bulk Import tool turns what used to be an afternoon of manual data entry into a single paste. Because every stage change is timestamped and visible on the lead itself, a lead can move between telecallers or across a shift change without losing its history — something a shared spreadsheet with 25 people editing it never reliably managed.
