TSS Global advises India's HNI and NRI investors across domestic micro-markets and international destinations — Dubai and Thailand among them. The brief was to give that advisory relationship a digital front door that could carry its own weight: credible on first glance, data-rich on demand, and usable by a prospect thousands of kilometres away deciding whether to trust a firm they've never met in person.
The Challenge
Real estate and wealth advisory is a category where trust is built through information, not adjectives. TSS Global's investor base isn't one audience — it's several: domestic buyers evaluating Noida or Gurugram micro-markets, NRI investors in Toronto or Dubai weighing a first India purchase, and HNI clients comparing return profiles across countries before they'll take a call. A brochure site with a contact form wasn't going to do that job. The platform needed to answer real investment questions — price trends, yield, project count, five-year appreciation — before a prospect ever spoke to an advisor, and it needed to do it for markets on two continents without turning into a content-maintenance burden for the TSS Global team.
The Approach
We designed and built the platform end to end — architecture, interface, and the data layer behind it — around five things a serious investor actually wants to see.
A live market ticker across two continents
The homepage carries a real-time price and yield ticker spanning Indian and international micro-markets side by side — Noida Sector 150, Golf Course Road, Dwarka Expressway, and Dubai Marina among them. It's the first thing a visitor sees, and it does more for credibility in five seconds than a paragraph of positioning copy would in five minutes.
An interactive investment globe
Rather than list markets in a table, we built a fully interactive 3D globe a visitor can rotate and drill into — Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Dubai, Thailand, and more — surfacing city-level ROI, active project count, year-over-year growth, and five-year price appreciation charts on demand. It turns "which market should I look at" from a question for an advisor into something a prospect can explore themselves, at 2am, from another time zone.
A global NRI insight map
For NRI investors specifically, we built a clickable world map covering six countries — Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Singapore, and Australia — so a visitor lands directly on guidance relevant to where they actually live: tax considerations, repatriation basics, and market entry points specific to their location, without wading through generic content aimed at a domestic buyer.
A four-phase advisory process, made visible
Trust also comes from knowing what happens after you make contact. We documented TSS Global's own advisory methodology as an on-site process timeline — mandate and risk profiling, origination and diligence, portfolio construction, and ongoing monitoring — so a prospective client understands exactly how the firm works before they ever pick up the phone.
Consultation and project-explorer flows
Underneath the data visualizations sits a straightforward job: get a qualified prospect into a conversation. We built dedicated consultation and project-explorer flows with full light/dark theme support, so the experience holds up whether someone's browsing mid-day from a Noida office or late at night from a phone in Dubai.
What Changed
The platform now does real qualification work before a human has to. A visitor researching a Dubai Marina apartment from Toronto can land on the homepage, check live pricing against a domestic market they already know, drill into city-level ROI on the globe, land on NRI guidance specific to Canada, and request a consultation — without a single phone call along the way. That matters for a category where the sales cycle starts long before the first conversation: by the time a prospect does call, they've already self-qualified on the numbers, which changes the conversation an advisor gets to have.
It also means TSS Global's site now works as hard for an NRI investor in Singapore as it does for a domestic buyer in Gurugram — the same platform, without maintaining six separate country-specific microsites or a content team to keep them current.
